When the active captain guide for the Port Sidney Marina says “Enter South to North through breakwater entrance. DO NOT ENTER THROUGH NORTH END OF BREAKWATER. SHALLOW” that is not a suggestion.
I guess this sailer was looking for both the CAPS and BOLD instruction.
