Westshore Rebels vs Langley Rams
The Westshore Rebels won their home opener 29-5 versus the visiting Langley Rams. Times Colonist sports reporter CLEVE DHEENSAW had this to say about the game.

The Rebels lived up to last years performance with impressive performances from running back Trey Campbell and quarterback Scott Borden on offence and a solid performance by a stifling defence holding the Rams to only five points.
