National Rowing Team February 15, 2019 – Snow Edition
The day of the Women’s Lightweight doubles final at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio photographer and friend John Lehmann asked me if rowers still rowed in the rain. I replied yes and we boarded the bus to the venue to watch as Canadians Lindsay Jennerich and Patricia Obee went on to win the silver medal.
This past week Victoria was subject to some crazy weather and on Friday I went out with Women’s Team head coach David Thompson to show that rowers also row in the snow.
